If I purchase a package will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged at the time the
purchase is completed.
Can I stay additional nights at The Wynn?
Yes. Attendees who would like to stay additional nights at The Wynn
will need to secure additional nights directly through the hotel; these
nights will be subject to the hotel's standard rooming fees.
Can I purchase a pass for the conference only that doesn't include
accommodations?
Yes. Attendees have the option to purchase a
conference-only pass and arrange for accommodations on their own.
Is the flight cost included in the package?
No. All attendees must make their own flight arrangements. The hotel is less than 5 miles from the airport.
Will there be onsite registration?
Yes. Onsite registration is open:

I’ve just learned that I won’t be able to attend iTUG 2008, how can I request a refund?
Refunds for conference fees can be processed until April 11, 2008 minus a $200 processing fee. To request a refund, please send an email to
iTUGInquiries@tidalsoftware.com Remember to include your name, company name and contact information. All refund requests submitted after April 11, 2008 will be declined.
