Travel Guidelines: Booking Accomodations
Hotel
Rooms are limited so users should register early to secure their room at The Wynn. Attendees who would like to stay additional nights at the Wynn will be responsible for securing additional nights through the hotel directly and subject to standard rooming fees. Attendees have the option to purchase a conference-only pass and purchase accommodations on their own.

Flight
All attendees must make their own flight arrangements. The hotel is less than 5 miles from the airport

Conference Hours
The conference will be held in The Wynn conference and convention center located on the casino level of the hotel. Directions to the conference facility are clearly marked throughout the hotel and casino. Attendees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the conference room locations early by visiting the Onsite Registration desk after their arrival.
